My role
I led the design work for PayPal’s Business Debit Mastercard. A key objective was to develop new functionality that enabled multiple cardholders within the same business account, a feature designed to better support teams and streamline business spending.
By introducing this capability, we created a more flexible and scalable card solution, empowering businesses to manage expenses more efficiently. The result was a smoother user experience and an increase in overall card transactions, strengthening PayPal’s value proposition for business customers.

Multiple Cardholders
Conduct usability testing on current flows to identify friction and help us move in the right direction. By adding functionality for merchants to apply and have multiple cardholders in their business, we will be able to provide them with more flexibility and control over their finances.
